Shearwall Systems Inc. (SSI) is a design and build general contracting company registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission and Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board.

SSI takes pride in building only through shearwall and capable of converting any structures into load-bearing wall or shearwall design. The company offers design for free as long as it will build its own customer-approved design.

What is Shearwall?

Shearwall is define as a structural element that provide strength that can resist lateral forces acting on it. Lateral forces are those that are parallel to the plane of the wall which are wind and seismic loads. Foundations are usually mat or raft design and reinforcements are usually inter-locking that makes it a box-type structure.

Shearwall uses cast-in-place reinforced concrete method of construction which is structurally stronger, faster, and cheaper to build. Walls are formed with stronger and reusable forms system and poured with concrete monolithically with typically design flat slab.
