Who We Are

Shearwall Systems Inc. is a design and build general contracting company.
We take pride in building only through shear walls and can convert other structural designs into shear walls.

The company uses a monolithic approach to casting walls and slabs at the same time. Work is programmed so that each cycle represents the completion of one section or phase of a monolithic structure built with load-bearing walls.

The method is concerned with all phases of construction from the basic structure to the finished building, offering savings in cost which are significantly lower than in similar conventionally built structures.

What is Shearwall?

Shearwall is defined as a structural panel that can resist lateral forces acting on it. Lateral forces are those that are parallel to the plane of the wall, typically wind and seismic loads. Shearwall is a strong and important feature in buildings located in areas frequently visited by calamities such as typhoons, floods, and earthquakes like the Philippines and other countries in the Pacific Ring of Fire.
