When the 1st 4-storey modern contemporary residential building of the owner located in Camella development in Merville, Parañaque City was completed, he decided to tore down the old house besides it swallowing his sentiments that it was the house where he started his dream of having his own successful company.

He again approved the design of another 4-storey modern contemporary residential building with features and amenities equivalent to the 1st one completed besides it. The house features a 2-car garage, living and dining areas in the 2nd floor, an informal and formal kitchen, 4-bedrooms, and game room at the roof deck.
