Borja Residence 2

Located in one of the oldest Camella development in Merville, Parañaque City, this 4-storey modern contemporary residential building is the 3rd project we have from the same owner that likes the shearwall design and construction we are offering. There was an old Camella-design house that were demolished and the new house will seat on larger combined 2-lot area.

The house features a 3-car garage, living and dining areas in the 2nd floor, an informal and formal kitchen, 4-bedrooms, a party place at the roof deck and a 2-lane firing range.
