Tradizo Enclave

May 2024 - September 2025

After the successful early turnover of the first condominium project with the Jubilation developer, the owner awarded another six-storey building with a total floor area of 5,373 m2 located in Tradizo Enclave, Imus City. The building consists of a ground floor parking area and 5-storey of residential condominium units above. Building C02 is part of a 6-building condominium community along the Aguinaldo Hi-way in Imus City, Cavite.

The developer task SSI to construct the building in a very aggressive 8 months schedule. We broke ground May 2024 with the schedule to complete the project in September 2025.

This project also utilized the shoreless formworks developed by the company.
