One of the biggest Developer in Central Luzon embarked on building vertical projects for most of their in-city properties after a long history on horizontal development. The first venture is a multi-building low-rise condominium project on a 6-hectare lot. The project has models of walk-up buildings consist of studio and single bedroom units fully furnish and complete with first class amenities.

The project upon completion will have approximately 65 buildings of various sizes and the entire development is spread over five years.

This is also the first cast-in-place project approved by the owner. The project has an aggressive schedule of completing ten (10) buildings per year.
