Campita Commercial Building

Located along Capt. Reyes, Bangkal, Makati City besides a creek. This 660m2 6-storey residential and commercial building was a tough task to start with due to unavailability of sheet piling budget. The mat foundation sits beside a creek and water seepage was a constant problem during its construction. Nonetheless due to inherent strength of building thru shearwall the project was completed on time from May 2017 to September 2018. The building has 2 upper floors as residential and 4-storey below as commercial.
