Teves Commercial Building

Located on a prime spot along Beaterio St. Intramuros, Manila, this 590m2 5-storey commercial building has a 3-car garage and a canteen at the GF, 3 stories of offices and a 2-bedroom residential at the attic floor. The Spanish-inspired architecture building is a tough construction with old buildings surrounding it and a murky ground to start with.

But building thru shear wall, we delivered the project ahead of schedule from its start on January 2020 to August 2021.
