Architect

- At least three (3) years of experience in conceptual designing and as-built detailing and had jobsite exposure.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Possess leadership quality, good communicator, problem-solver, able planner, proficient in Autocad, knowledge and efficient using Microsoft Office.
- Conceptualizes designs and renders as part of the company design and build service to the customers. Overall creative head on the design aspect of the operations.
- Plan and lead the design and materials specifications of every project. Work with the project management on the planning and implementation of architectural and finishes need of the project.
- Manage and provide the architectural drawings, details and rendering needs of every projects. Schedule weekly site visits to see that the architectural design of the project is properly implemented.
- Attend project meetings, subcon meetings as well as customer meeting whenever called upon by the management.
- Provide help on the project management on architectural punchlisting and other inspection needs of the project especially during turnover.
- Performs other job-related duties and functions as may assign by the management.
Structural Engineer

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Course
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- At least two (2) years of experience in construction
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Possess leadership quality, good communicator, problem-solver, able planner, proficient in Autocad, knowledge and efficient using Microsoft Office.
- Implement the structural specifications of every project. Works on planning and implementation of structural need of every projects.
- Manage and provide structural drawings, cutting list, rebar plans, concreting schedules and formworks designs and details of every projects. Schedule weekly site visits to see that the structural design of the project is properly implemented.
- Lead the Project Inspectors in the production of drawings in the absence of the head department. Provide simple calculations works on formworks, pouring pressures and other activities that needs minor calculations and guidelines.
- Provide help on the project management on structural punch listing and other inspection needs of the project especially during turnover.
- Performs other job-related duties and functions as may assign by the company management.
Electrical Engineer

- Licensed Electrical Engineer
- At least three (3) years of experience in electrical load design and calculation and had jobsite exposure.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Possess leadership quality, good communicator, problem-solver, able planner, proficient in Autocad, knowledge of any electrical design software and efficient using Microsoft Office.
- Lead on every electrical and wiring design needs of every project. Calculate electrical and other wiring design load and produce necessary drawings and diagrams as per project requirement
- Plan and lead the pool of electrical workers based on work schedules and implementation and visit jobsite to oversee the works. Produce weekly schedule on electrical other wiring works in coordination with project management.
- Advice the Purchasing Department on the kind of electrical and wiring materials needed on every projects. Attend project meetings and subcon meetings whenever needed.
- Provide help on project management of electrical and other wiring punch listing and inspection needs of the project especially during turnover.
- Performs other job-related duties and functions as may assign by the company management.
Project Engineer

- Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required language (s): English, Filipino At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Management, and Supervision
- Holds non-professional and/or professional driver’s license.
- Preferably into Project Management with 3 years and above experienced specializing in Engineering – Civil/Constructions or equivalent.
- Conducts tool box talk with workers setting weekly work targets and preside on meetings with the project team in the absence of the Project Manager discussing work schedule, workers allocation and materials, tools and equipment deliveries. Be persistent on the target weekly progress and set expectation on daily workers production.
- May perform daily jobsite inspection to record and monitor work progress as well as deficiencies, rectifications, reworks, and other jobsite day-to-day issues. Keep an eye on safety work procedures to avoid accident. Monitor cleanliness and good housekeeping as supervise by Site Supervisors.2.
- Maybe task by the Project Manager to review manpower allocation and material requirements of the jobsite. Make Material Requisition Form and order materials, tools and equipment and produce Daily Log Sheet.
- Physically present in important events and milestone in the jobsite i.e. concrete pouring, alignment and elevation checking, etc. so to be able to make on-time decision and action that will greatly affect the direction of the project.
Sanitary Engineer

JOB REQUIRMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) as Registered Sanitary Engineer and Master Plumber.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Al least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office. Auto CAD, can interpret drawings and create visual depictions of plans to be made.
- Must be knowledgeable of design techniques, tools, and drafting methods.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in plumbing design and supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designs sanitary and other plumbing systems for Residential, Commercial and Hospital building.
- Cost estimates sanitary & other plumbing designs.
- Conduct site supervision and inspections.
- The ordering of plumbing equipment & material to be used in all projects.
- Provides construction monthly progress and profitability report.
- Seek innovative means to improve project quality. Safety and job completion on time.
- Other tasks assigned by the management.
